Exchanges and Returns

Return period

Under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving a product to request a return due to a change of mind. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Defective products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will send return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.

Handmade products

Please remember that our products are handmade by local artisans. Minor variations in color, size, and finish are natural features of handmade work and are not defects. Each piece is unique and reflects its maker.

How to request an exchange or return

Email contato@artesaospenedo.com.br or contact us on WhatsApp at (82) 99999-9999 and provide:

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for the exchange or return
• Product photos (if defective)

Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. For products with a confirmed defect, the Association covers return and reshipping costs.
