Delivery Policy
Delivery options
- Brazilian Postal Service (PAC/SEDEX): We ship throughout Brazil. Delivery time and cost are calculated at checkout based on the destination postal code.
- Courier: Available in selected regions. Check availability at checkout.
- Local delivery (Penedo/AL): Motorcycle delivery in Penedo and nearby areas. Delivery takes 1–2 business days.
- Pickup at our office: Free. Collect your order at the Association's office during business hours.
- Pickup at fairs and events: Pickup is available at our fairs and events. Check the available dates.
Timeframes
Delivery time includes production time (for made-to-order products) plus transit time. Items marked “Ready to ship” are dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. The production time for made-to-order items is listed on each product page.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available for orders above a specified amount (see current terms at checkout) and for pickup at the Association's office.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It will also be available in the “My orders” section of your account.
Delivery address
Please provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If no one is available to receive the order, Correios will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
